【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthreetestmethodsfortheestimationofthefreeze-thawresistanceofconcretewithregardtointernalstructuraldamage.Itcanbeusedeithertocomparenewconstituentsornewconcretecompositionsagainstaconstituentoraconcretecompositionthatisknowntogiveadequateperformanceinthelocalenvironmentortoassessthetestresultsagainstsomeabsolutenumericalvaluesbasedonlocalexperiences.Extrapolationoftestresultstoassessdifferentconcretei.e.newconstituentsornewconcretecompositionsrequiresanexpertevaluation.Thereisnoestablishedcorrelationbetweentheresultsobtainedbythethreetestmethods.Alltestswillclearlyidentifypoorandgoodbehaviour,buttheydifferintheirassessmentofmarginalbehaviour.

【摘要】:Thedegreeofimageabradedfromacopyorprintedimagemaybeaffectedbyvariousfactors,includingthetypeofmachine,conditionofthemachine,suppliesemployed,timesinceimaging,andenvironmentalconditions.Asmanyaspossibleofthesevariablesshouldbecontrolledduringthetest.Ifavailable,acontrolsamplewithknowncharacteristicsshouldberunalongwiththetestsamples.Thistestmethodmaybeusedtodetermineimageresistancetodamageordeteriorationasaresultofexposuretoabrasiveforces,suchasautomateddocumenthandlingdevices.Thistestmethodmaybeusedforcontrolofproductquality,comparativeanalysisofmachines,comparativeanalysisofimagingcomponents,aswellasaresearchanddevelopmenttool.Thistestmethodisadaptabletoimagesproducedfrommostnonimpactprintersandcopiers.Theprintersshallbecapableofutilizingtheavailableprogramtoproducethespecifiedimage.Iftheuserwishestosimulatethetypeofdamageorsmudgeresultingfrompaperrubbingagainsttheprintedimageorfromnormalhandling,considerationshouldbegiventousingeithertheCrockmeterMethod(TestMethodF1319),theSutherlandRubMethod,ortheGavartiGA-CATMethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedurefordeterminingtheamountofimageabradedfromthesurfaceofadocument.1.2Thistestmethodmaybeusedtoevaluatetheabrasionresistanceofimagesproducedbybusinessimagingproducts,includingnonimpactprinters,thermaltransferprinters,andcopiers.Themachineshallbecapableofproducingthespecifiedimage.1.3Testingfocusesondeterminingtheamountofimagedmaterialremoved,resultingfromforceswhichimpartarubbingorgrindingactionprincipallyonthetopsurfaceoftheimage.1.4Comparisonmaybemadebetweenvariousimagingdevicesortheimage-producingcomponentsofanindividualmachine.1.5OthertestmethodsemployingtheCrockmeter(TestMethodF1319),SutherlandRubTester,andGavartiGA-CATmaybeemployedtoevaluatethesmudgeandabrasioncharacteristics.Resultsbythesetestmethodsarenotnecessarilyequivalenttothoseobtainedbythistestmethod.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
