【摘要】:ThispartofISO3070specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,geometrictests,testsandtestsforcheckingaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningbynumericalcontrol,ongeneralpurpose,normalaccuracy,tabletypeboringandmillingmachineswithhorizontalspindle.Thesetypesofmachinetoolsaredefinedinsub-clause3.1ofISO3070-0:1982.ThispartofISO3070alsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabovementionedtests.Thesemachinescanbeprovidedwithspindleheadsofdifferenttypescorrespondinginmostcasestofigures:4(spindleheadwithslidingboringspindleandmillingspindle)5(spindleheadwithslidingboringspindleandwithfacinghead)6(spindleheadwithramormillingram)ofISO3070-0:1982.Inaddition,itshouldbenotedthatthispartofISO3070concernsmachineswhichhavebothlongitudinal(W-axis)andtransverse(X-axis)movementofthetable,averticalmovementofthespindlehead(Y-axis)andmayincludearotaryorindexingtable.ThisInternationalStandarddealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingoftherunningofthemachine(vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.
